From The25Virtues Survey:

Honesty, acting with honor, and being faithful to your convictions; it affects every action you take, every word you say, even your thoughts.

Integrity makes you who you are and what you stand for.

Acting in congruence with who you are spiritually, physically, emotionally

Being true to myself, being authentic and fully present. I yearn to be 100% what you see is what you get; transparent. Vital.

Firm adherence to morals and beliefs; represents who you are and makes you you, what you care about and don't care about.

Always having your core values in front of you - and living by them - will help lead you to wisdom.

Do what you say and say what you mean. You cannot do one thing and say another.

Doing the right thing when no one is looking and/or when it's easier to do the wrong thing. I try my best to hold up my personal it's a struggle sometimes, but again, you can't have respect of/from others if you're always doing the wrong thing.

I believe you should never stray from being your true self.

Mean what you say and say what you mean.

Being integrated, being aware and connected to all aspects of myself - developing consciousness about myself

One's ability to remain truthful not only to themselves but to uphold the aspirations of others through self-leadership.

Integrity keeps us on the right track.

Words, actions, values and beliefs all align and are consistent. To me, this means walking the talk and being a person who is worthy of trust and respect.

Integrity, without it how can you look anyone in the eye and teach your child right from wrong.

Integrity. To be true to what you believe is right.

The solidity of a person depends on their level of integrity.

A man is only as good as his word. Without that, a man should not be respected.

Act in such a way that is true to oneself and reflective of all of your values.

Being the same person to all people, always sticking to the same values. Integrity is vital for me to be honest to myself and other people and true to my values.

Consistency with ones particular set of moral standards. I won't imply that everyone does or should have the same exact set of virtues and morals, but I would demand than all people stick to the virtues and morals they choose in order to avoid hypocrisy.

Good intentions with dependable follow-through. I don't want to be identified with something shifty. Without integrity, how are others going to trust you?

A person of integrity has a moral guide, and that guides all decisions and behaviors (both large and small).

Selfishly it feels good to do the "right" thing. It is less stressful knowing that your actions reflect the best of intentions.

Integrity means knowing when to draw lines regarding unacceptable behavior and being able to decide who / what you want to be surrounded by.

Stand up for what you believe in...be proud of who you are and what you stand for.

Staying true to my morals and practicing this through my daily actions. If I do not live my life to my moral and ethical standards, then I am not being true to my whole self.

The ability to stand by your words and your actions no matter what. Integrity is important to me because it is the building block for my life.

The alignment of worldview and action. If you don't align your actions with your principles, your life takes on a play-acting feel. I also think that most of the time, being inauthentic takes more energy than living with integrity, even if individual decisions may be very difficult.

The moral and ethical code that allows people to see your soul.

It not only shows people who you are but what you can become.
Well thought-out actions that consider honesty, meaning and balanced consequences.

Being someone trustworthy and true, standing by what you say.
