Love, in any form, seems to be the impetus of positive human interaction. To me it's the backbone of virtues for it drives us to truly live and to connect. Love: To care for something or someone unconditionally. To love others, you must love yourself first. It integrates itself into all your actions. Love: giving and receiving it equally important Love, deep emotional connection with the people around you, because it keeps me focused on what is really important Love:Caring for, appreciating, valuing, and cherishing each soul. I believe the reason why we exist is to learn to love each other. Love: the deep, soul-born attraction towards another soul, idea or cause Love is something you get when you are surrounded by people that care and respect you. It is something that is very important to people and without us we would not be Humans. Love: connection to my children, family- it fills my life love, is necessary Love. Without it, the world is empty. I like feeling full Love: I believe love is the basis of being. It is important to me to love and be loved by my family. Love - giving 100% of my heart to those most important and at least 50% to everyone else. If I don't have love of/for my parents, husband, children etc. I can't live. It's what more of this world should thrive on instead of hate etc. Love - essential for living. The highest aim. Love - An indefinable, immensely spiritual, and marrow-deep "feeling" that causes an almost irrigational need to be around, protect, and elevate someone to a pedestal in my soul. Love: Love is patient and kind. It is not boastful, envious, or prideful. It keeps no record of wrongs. It always trusts, hopes, and perseveres: love never fails (1 Cor 13). Jesus said to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength; and, Love your neighbor as yourself (Mt 22:37-39). We were made to love and be loved. Love: love one another as yourself--we are all part of the same collective so love is what it is all about Love: A higher energy that binds us unconditionally Love--motherhood gave this its deepest meaning for me; becoming a mother turned my ideas of love inward toward my family, but also outward to make my kid's world better Love is god. Love is shared. Extremely lucky to have it and to cherish it. The feeling and belief that you are treasured, unique and cherished in the world, by yourself and by other people. Many dimensions of life: love for a partner (intimate connection through physical being and true values without, a wink in the universe of sorts to find this), love from shared passion (philosophical not physical) and intention (like I have a love for my friend Eliza that is deep like a sisterly friendship for our shared commitments and work), friendship love (born of experiences, fun, relatedness), family love (unconditional take-care-of-family-kind-of-love) Without it, life would be unbearably lonely. Love : the most important to me. Love is what will bring us together and hold friendships strong. If everyone were to come from a place of love in looking at people and the world, we would be much more joyful and peaceful. Love is a range form physical passion to care for the well-being of others and wanting the best for others. This is the greatest of all, because without love you cannot fully demonstrate the depths of the other virtues. Love is also a foundation - cultivating love for oneself helps create love in the world and for others Love is important to me because there are so many things I love including my family, husband, and life in general Love is that abstract feeling of absolute adoration and when you truly feel it, you feel it in your gut. Love for me, is the purpose of life. Life without love is nothing. Love is the triumph of community over solitude. The deep connections forged by love teach us that we can love someone even when we don't like their behavior. Love one another for who they are and not change them to who you want them to be. The source of joy. Love with all the chaos its better to show love to the world. It's just a good feeling to know you are loved. Man, I'm a hippy. My personal definition of love is that it is what you feel for somebody else when you completely respect them. I think love is one of the really wonderful ways we go about progressing as humans. Lou need to love yourself so that in turn you can love others. Love... it makes the world go 'round. Love is life, love is the fuel for the heart and soul... without light there is darkness Because "A life without love...well that's just terrible!" Connecting to and sharing life with others in the most precious manner. This is my most vital virtue. It makes the world go around. All of the other virtues are in some way related to love. Giving and receiving love is the mark of a decent, upstanding person. Goodwill, closeness, warm feeling, connectedness. Love oneself, and you will be able to truly love others. This could be the greatest gift. Loyal concern for another being; without it actions mean nothing for there is no meaning or sincerity in what you do Makes the world go round. Nothing is more important than the love that you get from family and friends and nothing is more precious than the love that you give them. Similar to wisdom, but in this case it is possible to achieve. Strong affection. Having emotion and feeling positive. The basis for everything. The deepest movement or attraction toward affection and passion of another being. Importance: What is the opposite of love? Hate? No. Fear. Love is that virtue that moves a soul away from fear of anything. Along with faith, love unites all individuals. The passion and deep personal connection to another defies fear and all that holds us back. To love something is to surrender completely. The greatest gift of all. The Universes way of saying that it's not all for nothing. The unconditional cherishing of every person for his or her inherent value and uniqueness. The love of others is the basis of all good things in this world. The whole show!! What it’s all about. The ultimate surrender. There has to be something that makes you do the unthinkable, to throw caution to the wind, to feel feelings that you didn't know you were capable of -- to be arrested unexpectedly and realign your entire life to accommodate such an irrational feeling... beautiful. Without the ability to love, to be giving of your whole self, you live a sheltered life never able to really be passionate. You must love yourself before you can love another. Love is the strongest bond between two people. Love-unconditional is the highest form of existence. All things revolve around love, without it we would be like robots or maybe cease to exist...who knows. You die inside yourself without even a little of it. I didn't feel loved, or in love, until recently at age 28. Loving, and being Loved, is the first time I felt true happiness. Love went from being the least to most important life goal. Unconditional Love - all people and life forms by opening my heart, sharing my passion, and being real
